ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK

We bought a seasonal pass for Rocky National Park. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! The Trail Ridge Road is a bit scary to drive up, especially if your afraid of heights (like me!) It is the highest continous paved highway in America. At the top you are at 12,183 feet above sea level. Nothing up there but Rocky Mountains, beautiful Tundra, Big Horn Sheep and Elk. Elk were everywhere!!!!! We had a blast exploring the park and did a little hiking on the Colorado River Trailhead. We will be back several times this summer for more hiking and camping.

Great pics! I have a picture of myself at age 14 infront of that hotel below! Make sure to take pics of the interior when you stay there! I look forward to seeing them.
